Rumor New iPhone to Have Larger 4 6 Inch Retina Display

Rumor has it that the next version of the iPhone will have a significantly larger screen.
Reuters on Wednesday reported that Apples new iPhone will have a massive 4.6-inch "retina display". Reuters obtained the tip from a report in the South Koreas Maeil Business Newspaper citing an "unnamed industry source."

If the rumor is true, it would put the iPhone on par with the Samsung Galaxy Nexus from a size perspective, which boasts a sprawling 4.65-inch screen. In comparison, every version of the iPhone to date has had a 3.5-inch display.
But Cupertino has apparently settled on the new 4.6-inch screen and has placed orders with its suppliers, according to the Reuters report. Apple will reportedly launch the device in the second quarter.
However, rumors from earlier this year indicated that the new iPhone will have a 4-inch screen. Back in January, the blog 9to5Mac claimed to have "reliable sources" at Apples supplier Foxconn who said workers were gearing up to start production on the new iPhone. At the time, there were several models floating around, and Apple had yet to pick the final version, but all included at least 4-inch screens.
MacRumors called the new rumor about the 4.6-inch screen "questionable" and "hard to believe" but speculated that a 4-inch screen is still possible.
Will the new iPhone really have such a large screen? That remains to be seen.
Meanwhile, Apple is also reportedly exploring other screen sizes for its tablets and laptops. An unnamed Samsung official reportedly told The Korea Times recently that Apple is planning to launch a smaller iPad with a 7.85-inch screen by the end of the year. Current iPads have 9.7-inch screens.
And, more evidence that Apple is planning to launch a 15-inch MacBook Air recently emerged. A number of rumors have suggested that Apple would add a notebook of that size to its line of super-slim computers. There have also been rumblings about a 14-inch MacBook Air, but a 15-inch machine would make more sense, especially because Apple has offered laptops in that size for many years.

The NEW iPhone 5 Coming June of 2012

The all new iPhone 5 is already buzzing with speculation. Will the new iPhone 5 be a complete redesign? Yes! The current Apple iPhone release wasnt much to rave about, although people do really like Siri, the personal assistant. However, the new iPhone 5 is going to have some amazing new hardware and features like 3D video and pictures, newly designed keyboards and 4G speeds to name a few! This is made possible by the new A6 processor which will also be featured in the iPad 3.
This phone is going to be loaded with awesome new features like video chat on 3g and 4g (no longer restricted to WiFi only), face recognition and extreme downloading with 4G. (List of possible features below). The new iPhone 5features are speculated, but have been well received by the public and will typically follow suit based on previous releases and their features.

Like the recently release iPad 3, this new iPhone 5 will be equipped with a dual core A5X chip processors, much like the iPhone 4s (A5) and higher more powerful graphic chips that can deliver higher video resolutions (5-9 times better and 7 times faster) and amazing "still" images when taking pictures, AND it will make multi-tasking a lot faster, in addition to adding support for 4G speeds. There is a possibility it could contain the new A6 processor instead, boosting it above the iPad 3. It will also have a 4 inch screen (corner to corner) making it larger and on par with most android phones.
The processor will have speeds at 1.5 - 2.0 GHz and 1GB of RAM. Obviously the new iPhone 5 will have the new iOS6 software, iCloud and all the standard features of the iPhone 4S, including Siri, the personal assistant. These improvements alone will be healthy competition for the newly released Samsung Galaxy S II and the Google Nexus phone.
Apple recently filed several patent applications in order to bring 3D picture capturing to the iPhone 5. This phone will be capable of rendering, capturing and processing 3D images, which coincides with the recent changes to the dual-camera hardware. The new iPhone 5 will also be capable of taking pictures in Panorama!
The new iPhone 5 will boast 4G also known as LTE - Long Term Evolution technology according to AT&T which is due to the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) which is in line with the most recent technology standards for mobile networks.
Apple unveiled the iPhone 4S, a faster version of its best-selling smartphone that includes a virtual "personal assistant" you can talk to. And now, Apple will release the new iPhone 5, which looks promising in terms of being sleek, packed with new hardware and finally less restrictions. Very exciting! We will update our information as soon as we learn more about the newest features of the new iPhone 5, as more information comes in daily. Again, this phone is going to be a complete redesign so there is still a lot to learn about this device. Check it out ....
